- 4 Gala apples, cut into chunks
- 2 navel oranges, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1 tablespoon Filippo Berio Extra Light Olive Oil or Filippo Berio Olive Oil
- In a bowl, combine the apples, oranges, raisins and oil. Press some oranges with the back of a spoon to release juice. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Allow to sit at room temperature 10 minutes before tossing and serving.
