Apple Cinnamon Ice Cream Recipe

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until smooth; beat in EAGLE BRAND(R)sweetened condensed milk, applesauce and cinnamon until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 9×5 inch loaf pan or other 2 quart container; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Return leftovers to freezer.
