Apple Caramel Biscotti Recipe

  • 1 box Duncan Hines® Apple Caramel Cake Mix
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  1. Combine the ingredients until a dough is formed. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll into logs.
  2. Place onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Gently flatten the logs to one inch thick and three inches wide.
  3. Bake 325 degrees F for about 25 min or until firm.
  4. Cool for 5 minutes, slice and re-bake for 15 minutes to dry out.
  5. Allow to cool completely.
