Apple Brioche Recipe

  • Butter to cover brioche slices
  • 6 brioches, cut into 3 or 4 slices per brioche
  • 5 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoon (45 ml) honey
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  1. Butter both sides of the brioche slices.
  2. Grill the apple and brioche slices on the plancha for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  3. At the same time, heat honey and lemon juice in a small pot over low heat.
  4. Put brioche slices back together, alternating each slice with a slice of apple.
  5. Place apple brioches on dessert plates and sprinkle with lemon honey. Serve hot.
