- 3 mangoes – peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1/2 fresh pineapple, diced
- 3 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
- 1 sweet onion (such as Vidalia®), diced
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 dash green hot sauce, or more to taste
- Stir mangoes, pineapple, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, red bell pepper, jalapeno peppers, and lime juice together in a bowl. Season with hot sauce.
