Alfredo Strata Recipe

  • 1 loaf Archer Farms™ Italian bread, crust removed and cubed
  • 1 cup Market Pantry™ frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups Market Pantry shredded Parmesan Romano cheese blend
  • 3 Market Pantry™ large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 cups Market Pantry™ milk
  • 3/4 cup refrigerated four cheese Alfredo sauce
  1. Spray 12×8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In bottom of pan layer half of bread cubes, broccoli, 1cup cheese and remaining bread cubes.
  3. In large bowl combine eggs, milk and Alfredo sauce; pour over strata.
  4. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. When ready to bake, top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees F., uncovered, for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes; cut into squares.
