- 1 fluid ounce light rum
- 1/2 fluid ounce lime juice
- 1/2 fluid ounce honey syrup
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon chilled Champagne
- Combine rum, lime juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, cover and shake until chilled. Strain into Champagne flute. Top with Champagne.
