- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 200g/7oz dried linguine, cooked according to packet instructions
- 6 fresh basil leaves, torn
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and chilli for 1-2 minutes, or until softened. Add the cooked linguine to the pan and toss to coat, then stir in the basil leaves.
- To serve, place the linguine onto a serving plate.
