3 – Berry Sundaes Recipe

  • 4 cups DANNON® Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt or DANNON® Light 'n Fit™ Nonfat Yogurt (any variety)
  • 1/2 pint blackberries
  • 1/2 pint raspberries
  • 1/2 pint strawberries, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  1. Combine almonds and coconut in a small skillet and toast over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes until golden. Transfer nuts and coconut to a plate to cool.
  2. Combine berries into a bowl with sugar and let stand 10 minutes. Add a few spoonfuls of the berries to dessert cups. Add 1/2 cup Dannon(R) yogurt to each cup, another layer of berries, then 1/2 cup more yogurt. Top dessert cups with toasted almonds and coconut and serve.
