15-Minute Chili and Rice Dinner Recipe

  • 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) envelope chili seasoning mix
  • 2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked
  1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium heat. Drain.
  2. Add beans, tomatoes with their liquid, tomato sauce, water and seasoning mix; stir. Bring to boil.
  3. Stir in rice; cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
