- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (8 ounce) package BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add egg; mix well. Add flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon; beat on low speed just until blended. Stir in chocolate and raisins.
- Drop level tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake 9 min. or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet 2 min. Remove to wire racks. Cool completely. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
